One of the best ways to support PEP is to join our Partners Program, through which you can donate monthly via credit card or by electronic transfer from your bank accout. PEP is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization; you will receive a receipt and confirmation of your tax-deductible contribution within 60 days of making your gift.

Refund or Cancellation Policy
If you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to Prison Entrepreneurship Program, we will honor your request for a refund made within 5 days of your donation. To request a refund, call (832) 767-0928. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

Privacy Policy
All donors are added to our database. PEP will do its best to honor all requests for changes in communications preferences for anyone on our contact list. At present, PEP maintains all contact information and communications preferences for all of our contacts within a secure database. If you unsubscribe from our communications or request to be removed, we maintain your records in our database so that you will not accidentally be added back in the future (i.e. your communication preferences are recorded as “Do Not Contact”). This information will never be sold or shared with third parties.
